Your timer might as well be cute as well as being functional,,,and this fun and friendly chicken will let you know when your food is ready! It is a plastic, mechanical (manual) timer that measures 2 1/4" in diameter x 2 1/4" high. It is a one-hour timer. To set, turn clockwise to 55 minutes, then turn counter clockwise to the desired minutes. Bell will ring and timer will continue to tick approximately 1+ minutes to alert you that the desired time is nearing the end. Mechanical/manual timers are not as precise as digital timers. (Boxed).
