Shipping & Handling Policy - Domestic
All shipments will be handled promptly provided the items ordered are in stock. Shipping and handling fees are based on total dollar amount ordered. The most economical ground rate offered by the U.S. Postal Service or other ground carrier will be used. Special shipping instructions can be requested and the customer will pay the additional expense for specialized handling. (I.e.: next day service, etc.)

Shipping & Handling Policy - INTERNATIONAL:
Contact us for a quote based on destination, size and weight of your order.
We know you will be delighted with your purchase; however, if there is a manufacturing defect or damage caused by shipping we will, of course, replace it for you upon receipt of the defective or damaged piece. The replacement will be shipped to you at no further cost, and we will issue a credit for your expense (standard ground rate) in returning it to us. If you have simply changed your mind and do not want the product, a credit will be issued upon our receipt of the product in its original new, wrapped condition. Shipping costs involved in returning an unwanted product are the responsibility of the customer.
General return requirements:
1. All returns must be approved in advance by calling our toll-free number within 7 calendar days. Call 1-877-686-1507 for a return authorization number.
2. No returns on used or opened merchandise will be accepted.
